It doesn't give you 3 if you're already using the perk that gives you a second, it just allows you to have 2 and free up another slot for another perk

I honestly don't understand the starfire protocol at all then. Why would it give you an extra fusion grenade when in the same subclass (sunsinger) that the fusion grenade is in, there's already the ability to have a second grenade. It honestly seems like a retarded perk entirely, or bungie should just stack the third grenade.
