Actually not to burst your bubble but it isn't that good... Hopf is way better I have both maxed I can tell you hopf is best

Depends on if you use fusion grenades and how much you use radiance. If you're always saving your radiance so you can revive, and you prefer fusion grenades then you get your perk back to use on something else which is nice. If you're always using solar grenades and like radiance as a more offensive thing, then HoPF will pull ahead. Comes down to playstyle imo.

The two fusions from the chest piece means you can choose a different perk. Just like Death From Above on Helm of Inmost light means I can choose a different perk there. That's flexibility that's always useful if you're a fusion fan. Meanwhile if you always hold your radiance in reserve HoPF doesn't do you much good.
