I suggest bungie 'open their ports'
Because its not working and they're adamant its a solution-it isn't and its getting very tiresome, customer support is terrible, I suggest bungie follow their own advice on their own servers as we all are growing increasingly frustrated as to where a solution is going to come from.

I fixed my issues by switching TO WIFI with dmz form a wired connection, everything works perfectly. here is my post http://www.bungie.net/en/Forum/Post/89583676/0/0 Note, i'm spamming my fix to try and help people, unlike bungie...
