No solutions, not even acknowledgement that they have a problem other than the washed and reused "we are working very hard to solve this issue" how about you specifically tell us what you're doing to solve it. Who knows maybe someone out here in the big wide world will be able to help them solve the issue, then everyone wins. But with no way to contact them to work with them and solve the problem, they've literally left me with no other options other than: 1. Sell Destiny 2. Look at the 95$ game that I can't play 3. Sell the ps4(because thats where the problem started) or 4. contact someone in an official capacity and force them to do something.

  • They can try a little bit harder to keep us all informed. Up until 12 23 I had no problems playing Destiny or connecting to the servers. Then all of a sudden the PSN and xbox live ddos happened and noone can connect. Again I don't want 'special treatment' I want them to be a little more forthcoming with the information. I can guarantee if they sort out what this cattle nonsense is I am not the only person who will benefit from it. Infact for the last 8 days I've been trying everything I and my friends, and coworkers, and IT professionals I know, can possibly think of to do (With the information Bungie gives you on their help page http://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/11873) and absolutely none of it does anything to alleviate the problem. I can't even sign in to Destiny but I can play games like Shadows of Mordor; Loadout; Warframe. Almost* every other game I have but I cannot 'connect to Bungie's partner's servers'. So this is what I'm left with, the only legal way of getting any action taken at all because Bungie is a ghost in its own forums, maybe posting a few times a day. * Dragon Age Inquisition does not play either but I get playstation Error code CE - 34878 - 0 for that and will pursue that accordingly until that too is not solved.

  • Thought Xbox one was a shit console? I mean they basically wait for Sony to make a system then copy it. Remember Xbox 360 red ring of death? Did mircosoft support send you a new one when that happened? Happened to friend of mine 7 times they replaced one. And it got red ring too.

  • That's why they have the 'news' forum man. They tell us what they want us, the end user, to know. The DDoS attacks delayed things sure, but as for going to the BBB? Over a video game? As for the responses man, as I said before there are many players out there who are having the exact same problem as you. Bungie is trying to fix these problems as they come up. And if they don't get it quickly, they come back and shoot the damn thing with G-horn and call it good once they get the tools to do so. You have to give them credit for patching a majority of the problems.

Give them credit for fix what problems with patches specifically? The raid glitches? They send time doing patches for making far harder but not fixing important game play for the user. Like heavy ammo, oracles not dying(see what I did here), mag size not correct, making hunters perk suck, and so on and so no. Get your mouth off the bungie tool sir.

  • I'm not saying they aren't working very hard to solve the problems, but let us know what you're working on and what is next on the table, Id like maybe an estimate when I can play the 100$ video game I have to look at every day I turn on the PS4. Because you can sue someone for 20$ so this is 5x as important in the eyes of the 'law' which by the way I despise turning to, but again I've been left with no other choice when there is almost NO communication from the company. Their preferred way to talk to us is "Twitter" that doesn't spell very good customer service in my eyes. But maybe because I'm old school, when you had to CALL someone, and people actually had phones and used them as phones. Even an e-mail address or a live chat. Also one thing that REALLY gets on my nerves is the fact they generalize. For example, they said on December 29th. ‏@BungieHelp The issue preventing PlayStation 4 users from logging into Destiny has been resolved. Thank you for your patience. Now it wouldn't bother me so much except I'm a Playstation 4 user and my issues have most definitely not been resolved, otherwise I wouldn't be wasting my time and energy trying to talk to them.
