Halo or Destiny?
Which game is better, Halo or Destiny? Why? Halo started it all, Halo is Bungie's baby. I hear people saying Halo is better than Destiny on here all the time, and everywhere people say this. (Destiny is only winning due to it being a Destiny forum and it has Playstation users also now. )

For me halo hands down. Halo 1-3 were great in the story and pvp areas. Even though Halo 4 was a disappointment in the pvp department, set to more of the COD fans, story was more cinematic and thought that it was more interesting. Destiny is trying to be more than on thing, MMO, RPG, and FPS, and failing at it all from lack of story, content, and unbalanced pvp. Only real good thing that Destiny is good is the gameplay mechanics, which is really just from Halo so yeah, another point towards Halo.

H1-3 were good anything after that sucks. They changed the mechanics to suit the masses and turned their backs on those of us with twitch skill. Destiny although lacks story lines (monologue) still has a much more free range ( open world) than halo ever had. Plus if I want pvp destiny has it. I miss running around and getting into a true BR battle where the first to four wins instead of people hiding with all there one shot weapons they spawn with.

7 回复Halo because I grew up playing it, not to mention I've had more experience with it. I just got the master chief collection and an Xbox one, so I am glad to play both games equally. Destiny is great in my opinion now.

Halo has the history and a unique niche in the video game epoch. So, apples and oranges. They also play very differently and promote vastly different play styles. In Halo you fight over the awesome weapons, and must have equal starts. You are not allowed individual traits or to play the the way that best suits you if it doesn't match the consensus BR/AR start, or whatever is in favor this year. Destiny says to hell with that, everyone gets a shottie or sniper and a heavy MG or Rocket Launcher. You fight over the ammo instead. And you get much more flexibility with abilities. So again, apples and oranges. Basically, Halo says [i]you must play this way[/i]. Destiny says [i]play however you like[/i]. Give the Destiny franchise the same amount of time and I wager Bungie will have it at comparable level. In Bungie I trust.

1 回复Halo. Actually has a story, and multiplayer is solid. Destiny is a great game, but desperately needs improvements.

1 回复I like both =O I know, I'm crazy right. The beauty of being able to have both consoles. The beta is pretty good, minus a few bugs I've encountered. Just in case you were wondering. ;)
