Yep. Also patrol rep could go toward what becomes available at these outposts. Ranking up could eventually send special vendors, and services like gambling since it's out of the tower and Guardians need stuff to occupy thier free time waiting for the next fallen/hive assault. This would ACTUALLY give me a reason to want to spend time in the world and my efforts in the world would actually matter. Could be really cool if the Guardians camped out in these outposts had dialouge and actually helped out during public events/assaults.
