Vangaurd Roc rewards...
Okay, so I have done around 30-40 Vangaurd Roc strikes so far (In total) and I have yet to get any exotics to spawn. And all I see are people talking about just playing 1 round and getting an exotic. So my question is... [b]How many Vangaurd Roc strikes did you do before getting an exotic?[/b]
Edit: Please stop commenting about how it is RNG/Random. I know it is. I'm just curious is all.
EDIT!: So today 1/1 I did I think my 60th run on Omnighoul (NOT NIGHTFALL) and got Monte Carlo! How ironic, I have yet to get 1 exotic from the nightfall but from a Roc of the same strike I get a Console Exclusive! :D

I've done about 70 Roc Strikes and have never gotten an exotic from it. However, I did get a really nice Legendary Auto-Rifle by the name of Do-Gooder. I love it because the impact is decent, rate of fire at 90%, 29 rounds per clip, stability is great, accuracy builds the longer it is fired, AND the radar stays active even while aiming down the sights.(I can't even explain how useful radar while aimed is during chaotic cluster-blams!) So 0 exotics in about 70 Roc Strikes. And maybe 6 legendary items, 2 of which have been ships. (extinction event and the gardener) Also, I have collected many strange coins from the strikes which contributed to my Exotic chest piece (Voidfang Vestments) so I guess that counts for strike reward. It should also be noted that my luck with RNG is terrible. I have gotten 4 exotics since I started playing. The above stated Voidfang vestments, a titan helmet(I dont have a titan), and TWO accounts of the No Land Beyond sniper rifle which is the equivalent of Mr. Hankey the Christmas poo without his hat and mittens. .. I mean, it's a sniper rifle with no scope and it's main perk is that you can equip it in the primary weapon slot. It's more of a hindrance than anything. I guess if I need an exotic shard I can just scrap 'em.

1 回复after 4 or 5 roc strikes i got the suros regime and the same thing happen to my friend but he got the ice breaker and both were on the same strike mission

1 回复I like the strikes and roll through them constantly, even when I've max'd my marks. I do it for the drops and fun. Can't give you any scientific data, just that it goes in long droughts followed by quick wins in my experience. Most recently I went through 2 or 3 weeks without any legendary or exotics from ROC. This past week though, in just the week, I got The Last Word exotic hand cannon, a pair of legendary gloves, 2 legendary weapons. It'll dry up again.. but that's the way of the game. They can't all be winners.

Ive did about 60 roughly. One legendary engram turned into claws of amahakra but I already bought them from Xur One more legendary engram turned into the armaterium but I don't have a titan. Only one time at the reward screen did I get an exotic to come up, it was...suros :( but yeah just keep grinding.

4 回复I run roc strikes most days and some days the drops are good others not so good, I've had 2 exotics drop in a 4 hour period both for me - no land beyond and MIDA

1 回复The key is varying your play style. Do you use Auto Rifles the most? Switch to something else.

1 回复I did like 60 and got Plan C. Not a very good ratio, but at least I didn't get a useless exotic.

It's completely random and some people are very fortunate. I have roughly 200 strikes across 3 characters. I did tiger strikes and roc when it has become available and never once received an exotic and one legendary class armor engram as a reward lol.
