What are you talking about? If you try to get marks after you hit your cap, YOU GET NOTHING. 100 vanguard marks for 20 crucible which leaves you unable to gain any more vanguard for the rest of the week... Yea, that's way too OP

They remove glimmer and reputation gains. You give materials you receive marks. People could buy gear with the stats they want. Just like it used to be. Before they decided choices were a bad thing.
