There's a post on reddit that accumulated a bunch of people's drop results and gave the odds of each drop. Fate bringer came in at 20% and vex was maybe 10%. My personal results are 2 vex and 0 fate bringer, so your mileage may vary. I actually kill the Templar every week trying to get fate bringer.
