Ther is no way to prove that disconnects are legitimate or purposely done even if more likely than not if like it noted I do not support the cheese I kill him legit and I think everyone should

The issue is that it would require certainly more than one infraction at the same general space and time of the game. Physical disconnects reflect back as a power outage. So someone who develops a power loss pattern that's both consistent and beneficial will throw a flag.
