Infinite rockets are used as an unfair advantage over other humans in pvp. It's like lag switchers in cod.
While it is cheating, crota does not affect any other people directly. The rewards are still random.

It's pretty easy to get to 31 and the level 32 gets no advantage because they get 1-3 damage less from a bullet which means nothing when you are skilled better than them because anyway each bullet does 22-32 damage from my auto rifle that decreased damage makes no difference as it still takes the same number of bullets unless it's more than 4 bullets to kill them in which case the weapon probably has a high rate of fire and that means a 0.1 second difference. Easily overcome with skill. Stop crying like shit and just improve skills and play the game like you want.
