Initial charge time is actually slow, if your playing with a good home theater system/headset you can hear it's distinct charge across the map just about. It also looks like he chose perfect balance over having 5 rounds, but I can see perfect balance with 3 rds is much better than 5 rds without perfect balance for pvp. The 3 rds can clear out a group of close knitted guardians, and the 5 rds give it alot more recoil while making it inaccurate at range. 5 rds is great for the fusion rifle bounty in pve tho. I've been rocking PI ALOT since I got it. My new fatebringer is going to compliment it nicely. Now just need a void steel oracle/unfriendly giant with tracking or cluster bombs.
