First of all, bungie wont just give it too him.
Second, there may be a way to makenit easier to get it. A small "cheese" for the loot table. Not cheating or anything. But from what i hear, if you do the hard raid and 5 ppl use the vex all the way, the 6th might get it as a reward. Mostly because in VoG, the changes of getting a weapon you are using is small. And because 5 ppl are using the vex, there changes go down to get it, giving the 6th a higher change since only 1 person can get it.

And if he does use a exotic let it be plan clol or multitool cause i used plan c on my 1st nightfall and had the multitool drop for me then i used multitool in pvp and had hardlight drop for me (i was happy considering i was the only guy in our team to have anything drop for me haha)
