Couldn't an all-powerful god create a mature world?
Edit: when I say mature, I'm referring to all resources having already been created in the beginning.

Also, I didn't interpret your response like this, but if you meant a mature world as in humans existing, we know for a fact that the Earth is much much older than humanity, and life itself.
