Be nice. It's obvious he's frustrated with the BS we've had to endure. I'm sure Destiny will expand; this is the beginning of a 10 year plan for what may be in my opinion the best online experience I've ever had. Think of WOW, it began small but became large. I believe Destiny will do the same.
