No, I'm saying when the Weekly and Nightfall aren't from the DLC you will be able to access them again. Just not when they select a strike from the new DLC. Its not a complete lockout, its not letting you access content you haven't purchased. You can still play weekly and Nightfall once they aren't from the new content, but if you're crying because you simply can't access them at all for RIGHT NOW, then yes it is a lockout for now... So maybe you cant access this week, but next week maybe you can.
