I believe the correct term you're looking for would be 'tweaking'. Tweaked would imply, it is already "fixed" and as such, a thing of the past. Just...fyi. PS: All the new Crucible/Vanguard/Faction guns are terribad in pvp, compared to the old counterparts, they just pale in comparison.
