Bungie screwed all you PVP lovers.
Because now that I can't buy crucible marks I am just going to spend hours sitting and hopping around in the crucible just to get the points without doing any work. Suck on that.

I am not good at it, but love it ... enough that when I got the Thorn Bounty I saw it through, got my 500 Crucible points (took me three days) and think I learned a good life lesson and became a better gamer. The life lesson is getting better, even if you go from bad to average, is a great feeling. And I love the Thorn!

3 回复Or itll backfire and PvP players will get another patch :) I was kicked from a match for inactivity within a minute while i went to get water. Btw I'm more PvE oriented, but if enough fuss is made it will be fixed

Furthermore, your preferred method of protest is to punish other [i]players[/i] because the [i]game developer[/i] removed a relatively unpopular option for doing so.

3 回复Another alternative idea: have a class decoration item you can buy from the Crucible vendor, which lets you earn crucible marks instead of vanguard marks in PvE. This would work similarly to the faction decoration items that earn you faction XP instead of vanguard XP. This can be purchasable on Crucible rep level 2, which will still require that people at least try a little crucible before opting out.

5 回复That doesn't screw anyone. It just makes you the idiot that everyone is going to report and block, so they don't get stuck playing with you again. And eventually you'll have a harder time finding games, or get banned for AFKing in PvP. Have fun being a moron!

6 回复Yeah I want that back too. I wish had the time back I spend losing in crucible to do patrols and farm mats. With this method i gained almost the same rep for vanguard and crucible at the same time.

1 回复I miss the materials for marks, but that's no reason to troll Crucible. I liked that the FWC armor gave bonuses to intelligence and discipline, but now I either need to play Crucible or make do with armor that gives a bonus to strength and intelligence or discipline and strength. Meh. It's a minor inconvenience, I guess.

2 回复Well, you can do that if that's what you want... seems boring, but whatever. It's your life. If you do this in Rumble, no harm to anyone. If you do this in a team playlist, you're being somewhat mean/antisocial for no real reason. It's not that big a deal one way or the other, but it does show that when given a choice to be nice or mean, you're choosing to be mean.
