You can't do that. If you do not participate you do not get a reward, no rep and no marks. You HAVE to do something at some point. Like get a kill, an assist, or points in some way. Also, you get dropped rather quickly if you just idle. It's not as easy as it sounds. I know it, I tried it and experimented a while on what works and what doesn't. It's not worth the efoort for 3 marks per game. Takes forever to get anywhere and you need to babysit your char through it every 4 minutes or so. That whole removing of trading mats for marks is utterly stupid and destructive. It's just another way to slow down progression and push ppl towards pvp. One of many silly choices lately.
