Yes, and it's still annoying!
Personally, I don't see why players jump out. It takes longer to start over and finish another strike, than it would have been to man up and just run the strike with your 3-man team. Also, have you ever thought that you jumping out slows down the strike of the other two? I know it's your game, but there needs to be some form of common player courtesy when you do these strikes. We all come in together, we should finish together. That's how I play. I've jumped out a few times, but that was only due to the other two members bailing.
