Maybe loot vote triggers a timer that the AFKer has to be in the darkness zone by a certain time (10 to 20 seconds) or maybe even has to get a certain amount of kills, or percentage of the kills, within the time frame. Something to prevent them from just booting people to troll and something to keep the AFKer from just standing still or moving with the group but, not killing anything.
