I mean all it takes is an organized team and you won't have to worry about supplicants. Fate bringer can easily solo Oracles, and I really just need an Icebreaker for Gatekeeper.

I mean who needs a self revive? All you need is to organize yourself enough to not die. Looks like warlocks are useless now too, right? And who needs a titan bubble? All you need to do is avoid gunshots or shoot things more often to kill things as fast as you could with weapons of light. Titans are useless now too, huh?

Unexpected things can happen. True story during the hard raid atheon only teleported two people and they got swarmed by oracles I was able to run in the portal and use my 4 GG bullets (4 because exotic helm) to kill the oracles and save the raid. Plus a lot of the time people don't have ice breaker or use different exotics. I'm a number of various situations it can make a big difference.

As I said before this was just an example. And while I agree that most things can be accomplished without golden gun, it's much easier just to use GG. For ex. Titan bubble the most useful thing in raid, definitely needed for middle platform method. Just a few hours ago I completed the hard raid with 5 hunters and one warlock and while it was way more difficult to kill atheon without the bubble we still clutched and completed.
