You can only get three sets of legendary Armor that isn't Faction or crucible. The two vanguard sets, and the Raid armor. There are 5 crucible vendors, FWC, NM, DO, Crucible guy, and IB. 4 of those sell two sets, so that's 8. I assume IB has an entire set somewhere, so that makes 9. PvE players get a whole 3 sets, and PvPers get 9. Same goes for the guns. Vanguard has it's set, plus the raid set. All 5 of the PvP vendors sell at least one of each weapon class. I'm too lazy to do the math, but there are a LOT of PvP guns. Why do we get locked out of over about 75% of the gear because we dislike PvP? That is really unfair. If I'm not mistaken, PvP can reward ANY ARMOR or GUN, minus the Vex Myth, Raid Armor, and IB stuff. I'm also pretty sure PvE content only rewards Exotics or Vanguard equipment. I could be wrong on that one, though.
