Edit 2: This is a post to show that you are not FORCED into resetting your exotics, you're not required. All your 300 exotics will still work fine with the normal raid, the hard mode raid, which is released in [u][i]JANUARY[/i][/u] is a different story though, so there us plenty of time to make up the difference. If your here to be a grammarnazi, I left the one autocorrect error and the mis-use of "your" and "you're" just for y'all. But the amount of whiny people on this forum that complain because they don't want to put work into a game to get something accomplished is just baffling. This is a monumental update for Destiny. Obviously the majority didn't bother to READ the patch notes. They ARE NOT forcing you to reset your weapons. You keep your current damage and re-rank to get better stats, you just have to get the weapon mods again. I have no clue how people are making the assumption, must be the high rate if illiteracy in America. Like I said, your not FORCED into resetting, if you don't want to reset your weapon, then don't. Simple as that. It's not like they swung the gavel and said you absolutely 100% need to reset all your exotic weapons. Don't act so entitled to everything, things require work to be put in if you want them. Nobody uses 80 exotic weapons, especially with a max of 1 that is able to be equipped at any one time. For most people, about 5 tops that are used at any given time.
