Closest one out is "the revenant" I think. Apparently it's a rare drop from the package you get for levelling up dead orbit.

I've seen superb lack on some random dude only once ever. I still don't know how to get it or where but I heard it has to do with the chatter white raid shader, as in its the crota raid shader. Maybe this character I seen it on worked for bungie
