Again, go ahead and post the changes. You won't because they're not significant. It has a slightly faster reload (the same as every other HC now), it has slightly more stability (which means nothing for HCs outside of TLW), its magazine was increased by 3 (necessary change that doesn't have anything to do with its killing power) and its DoT was brought back to its pre-stealth nerf damage. There's nothing there that suddenly made it "overpowered". It's called placebo.
