I have still yet to get the thorn bounty. I have received the same 3 bounties( juju, s.g.a, and pocket infinity) 5 times in a row.

Until you pick one up and complete it, or hold it long enough to get a second missive, you will receive the same bounties. Once you complete one or have one in your inventory when the new one spawns, you will have a new selection. go ahead and get the easiest one for you. Going to need exotic shards now anyhow.
