it does not.. i tried it after i got it (post nerf) and it was one of the worst guns i have used in the crucible, much worse than a random blue weapon. I tried it again last night, it was not insane.. but it was good like every other weapon should be in PVP.

It was fine in the crucible after the nerf, calling it one of the worst? You're not worthy of using it that's why you suck.
