well because of the fact there is a limited amount of end game content anything that makes end game content easier (ie: things like the praxic fire, JellyHorn, etc) that make raids easier, will decrease the content of the game, so bungie leads towards more Pvp weighted content in order to extend the game (voidfang are Pvp)
