I was so excited to unlock this skill initially but when I did it only gave me a 3 second stop! Thats hardly enough time to do anything with an auto rifle! Plus the fact that if you are moving too fast the skill will take time from the 3 seconds to slow you down, giving you maybe a second stopped in the air to shoot! Please I really want to use this skill but 3 seconds is not enough!!!
