Personally I hope it never comes. Either the people with 350 hours or more will become monopolies and subjugate the entire non-29 and lower community, or everyone will get max level and be bored with the game. There's a reason why everyone complained that this game was dull after the first month. Because they rushed through everything and didn't grow as they experienced. So, the trade system will eventually be established I'm sure due to the immense demand for it, but just like voice chat, nobody will use it for long.
