Have you tried a different router? I switched mine for free from my isp and it fixed everything. I have default settings on the router as well. The game was unplayable for me before.

That's what I have heard to fix the issue. Sometimes it's because some are wireless or wired. And others it's their router/modem. Unfortunately I just changed out my router so i don't think getting a new one would do much good.

Have Comcast and the 8305C combo. At the end of my rope. Took it to Comcast service center just now. I'm on massachusettes and they say it's the only one they use in the region. They had no other models. Lost my job over a month ago. Not sure how I'm going to eat and pay rent and deal with Xmas. Won't be buying a modem and router off the self so I guess it is going to be another frustrating month of zoo codes and disconnects. I'm sad.

Wireless, im 90% sure that router is incompatible with destiny. If you get the chance, try to switch it out with an ARRIS, theyll tell you its less reliable than the technicolor but theyre wrong. I really hope that fixes your problem. Please let me know what the outcome is.

I'll call them tomorrow, and have them ship it out to me. If I have to I'll bring it into the store. But Id rather have them do the dirty work. What is the router called, an ARRIS? Any model number? And is it a combo like the technicolor. Also are you still port forwarding or no?

I am on default settings(i did change the wpa password though). The Arris is a gateway like the technicolor, they even almost look the same, the difference is the makers, so whats inside. There was no setup required, i unlpugged the old one, googled nearest service center, switched them came home plugged it in, everything was golden. You may however when you get the new gateway have to do a short setup.
