...demonstrates mastery across all disciplines, rather than just mastery of cheesing the raid.

由A Beaten Leaf编辑: 12/2/2014 7:41:17 PMJust Be Quiet. The Community has Already Enough of this Crap and it was slowly going down in the Last week or so. IB players had to work just as hard in the Crucible to get there rewards as Raid Players did. I have Raid armor and I personally don't care about the Difference. A Level 30 is a Level 30 Stop Complaining and Accept it. Edit 1: I made a Mistake, you are arguing for IB players but either way I don't care. A Level 30 is a Level 30 just accept it and move on. Maybe actually try to Benefit the Community for Once?

Simply do it all, then there is no BS about who "earned" 30. Full raid gear? Check. Shaders and class items from IB? Check. That's my approach, and I don't have to wear that mismatched IB gear. I like my raid set with the IB accessories ;)

1 回复I would've bought the IB gear, but it was ugly. And in the end, isn't that what really matters?

A true 30 because you grinded crucible(not even implying that you won or not) for a week vs people that have raided dozens of times doesn't make any sense. Some people do not care for crucible and bought Destiny for the PVE portion and only participate in crucible on rare occasions.

I have a fully upgraded set of raid gear, fully upgraded IB boots and gloves, and all 6 exotic pieces of armor available at this point in time, 5 of which are full upgraded. Where do I fall as a true/fake level 30? I can swap around my armor to my heart's content and still maintain a level 30, whether it be full raid armor, 3 pieces of raid armor and an exotic, 2 pieces of raid and 2 piece of IB, or even a mix of some IB, some Raid, and an exotic. Any and all of this "true/fake" argument is just dumb. All the armor available in this game to make someone level 30 is easy enough to come by, and in no way demonstrates skill. Someone could be carried through the raid and get armor, or someone could be doing the carrying and get armor. Two different levels of skill, same result. I've had raid runs where I sucked and got a piece of armor, and runs where I was one of the best people in it and have gotten armor. Someone could be carried through an IB match and get rep, or someone could be doing the carrying and get rep. Two different levels of skill, same result. I had plenty of -blam!-ing awesome wins in IB, but also had a few matches where I barely managed 5 kills, but I still got rep, and even if we lost, that Medallion would be turned in for Rep later, essentially still rewarding me for those few poor matches. As for exotics, they can be found or bought, completely unrelated to the skill of the owner. Level 30 in this game does not account for skill, it accounts for participation.

1 回复What if I have an exotic piece, a raid piece, an IB piece and a FWC piece and I'm level 29. Does that make me a True 30?
-
1 回复I was 30 before IB came out. Why would I partake in IB? Much better things to do with my time in and out of game.
