Very handy when you are surrounded - there is a sneaky behind you in the dark - Says its Kinetic but I have fully upgraded it (have the RSI of the trigger finger to prove it) and the kinetic circle is not active - Has some serious punch at attack 331 but really needs its elemental power to be effective. I use it all the time as my primary but give it 8/10 for power considering what else is out there....

Lol... You don't activate the kinetic perk. It does kinetic damage like every other primary besides the raid primaries that do elemental damage. Kinetic damage is standard damage. And I'm pretty sure that the gun shows your radar when zoomed which would explain the compass.
