...I would be ok with that. Or at least a game mode with an 'it' player. And if your 'it' when the game ends you lose, but everyone wins! (But 'it' still has RNG chance for loot!)

But don't be insensitive when handing out the loot. Giving boots to a paraplegic guardian may be offensive.
