I'm used to it now, but It's really frustrating for new people, I have seen a lot of people quitting from killing atheon.
I think the bugs are the worst part, not the randomness.

I agree one of my buddys just cannot get how to use the relic and he dies everytime. We of course let him try to learn but he just isn't good at it. Last tues after we wiped a few times, he just came out and said "guys, I suck at the relic do not make me take it.' I agree the bugs are the worst part. The shields recharging instantly when they have a sliver of health is my favorite.
