Level 3 in IB and I haven't so much as gotten a legendary ENGRAM to show for it. I do have the memory of seeing two Icebreakers, one Timur's Lash, and THREE Jolder's Hammers being given out though. I love Destiny, but seriously. F*** it's stupid loot system.
