Mine is doing this as well, my Xbox says "sorry we couldn't find your code". I have put in other codes since trying the dragon age code and it is the only one that doesn't work.
After waiting a total of 5 hours, going through 4 support team members (2 from Xbox and 2 from EA), they ended up giving me a replacement code. This however did not work. So while I waited for my EA support team member to figure out a solution we had a nice chat about the game. In the end, she contacted their technical support specialists and they are suppose to email me ASAP. It's been 12 1/2 hours since then.
