It's a huge drop in VOG. My icebreaker as a 29 does 8k to atheon. A level 30 with a maxed icebreaker does 12k. Same with enemy damage. As a 29, using the relic on either planet is a lot more risky, as your only 1-2 shots from a hobgoblin from death. It really does take 4 30's to make a raid group on hard successful, even if the 29's are good, that way at least 1 30 MUST be teleported. The second phase of the confuxes are also much more doable with 30's as the minotaurs die much easier to a 30. Gatekeeper soloing is most a 30 affair as well, even as a 29 with maxed gear, it can be doable for a titan, but it's still much more of a PITA than it should be.
