Weird that you're coming from PC and starting with a low sensitivity, but that's just my opinion. It's whatever you're comfortable with. I usually set to the highest, but dumb it down to like 6-7 if I'm picking it up after awhile. Problem is the aim assist is so prevalent in this game you won't see much improvement like you would in other games.
