yes also if Apex wasn't doing the right thing.... why did Ktan say in chat "this Russia guy (or whatever he called him, I think it was apex) is doing good" now why would he say that if apex was doing the wrong thing

I told him Russia was T7, and he didn't mind. You'd have to scroll down quite a ways though. I think it is the one where Wolf bolded that he just got a tech 9 Russia sub thread...
