I have it fully leveled up and I can say it's the worst exotic in the game. Having Sade that I know your felling. You love this weapon and you want it. The best way to get it is by completing all the bounties you can in a day and hand them over together for a higher chance to acquire exotic bounty. You have 2% chance on each bounty you hand over to get exotic bounty. Hope it helps.
