Play like a coward. Get on control matches and vehicle whore. Crouch with a shotgun in commonly busy corridors. These things will get you kills if you're not good enough at pvp to secure around a 1.5-2K/D +5 assists. It'll probably take you a couple of hours of playing like this before everyone hates you and you complete the bounty.
