I can't use ANY consumables. Whether it be weapon telemetry in game or in the tower, ammo synthesis (yes...while playing in a combat zone), Black Wax Idol, Blue Polyphage, and heck I couldnt even use the Jackolyte during Halloween. The list goes on....its ALL consumables. I am greeted with the item being selected giving me an error sound and a quick red flash on the square I'm trying to utilize. Also to note, my consumables slots are NOT all filled up. Plenty of room. It has been this way since day one. Im just getting around to asking why. Does Bungie need to look at my account and tweak something?
