11 Raid Activities completed. You do understand that you can only run the VoG once on normal and once on hard to obtain drops, correct? If you run it on hard first then all normal drops are negated as hard will give you double drops.
Unless you ran the VoG on both normal and hard on all three of your characters every week, obtaining 35 raids with drops would be impossible. Which would be counter productive anyways as you would have only had to run it on hard once a week per character. But based on only having 11 Raid Activities completed, obviously you didn't do that.

Though I think the number is a bit higher as it's hard finding a good group to Beat atheon on hard so sometimes I'll beat it up to the atheon checkpoint then call her quits and find a group on normal atheon and finish it that way. Not sure if it counts that way of doing it as 1 completed raid. Anyways regardless Ive got over 5 goddam days into this game and for all I know I could spend another 5 and still be no closer to 30.
