We agree. Help is on the way in the form of Lord Saladin.
Sorry if this was mentioned already, but I wanted to say it, too.

Nope. IB gear does NOT get you to 30. You are still one piece of 30 Light gear short, still need to the Raid a million times for the chest piece, which in the mean time you'll get the boots and gloves anyway so IB isn't so great.

由RawWilson1编辑: 11/16/2014 2:53:17 PMThe Iron Banner requires skill. Where were you the last time is was here? Anyone who played it knows that. PS: The Iron Banner is a timed event. The Raid is there forever. So, what's the problem that there's now a way to become closer to lvl 30 via PvP? PSS: There is no problem!

Iron banner grind endlessly without having to be held up within the 1-2 weeks its available get rank get glimmer job done. Vog raid capped at once a week per character. May never see required loot. Ive done countless raids on my hunter and only ever seen the gloves on its first raid.

How can the crucible require skill when 95% of kills are done by way of one-shot methods (fusion rifle, shotgun, blade dancer, rocket launcher, etc). Oh, let me guess you're probably one of those Call of Duty guys who like that type of shooter (facepalm)

由RawWilson1编辑: 11/16/2014 3:33:28 PMI haven't play a CoD game since Modern Warfare 2. Anyway, the Iron Banner requires skill. Have you even played in the Iron Banner? It's not some ordinary Crucible match. Anyone who actually played it wouldn't make that comparison... PS: There is less one hit kills in the Banner. Level advantages are turned on. So, people's armor's defense actually matters.

But Lord Saladin is not the solution unsless Iron Banner would be made a permanent thing in the game. The raid is also not just a timed event. Just saying. Don't force players to play things they don't want to. That's how you bind clientel. By creating opportunities not by forcing limitations. Here is my take on the matter if someone is interested: http://www.bungie.net/de/Forum/Post/75728751/0/0
