Women are more privileged in society? In videogames males may get thirsty and try to pamper us. Except no one asked them to. They insist on doing it by themselves. Sure, it's nice and all, but we, as girls, do not log into a game thinking "Oh, which male shall do my deed for me today?" before proceeding to laugh like a villain. We just want to play our damn game in peace.
As for quite literally the rest of society, if you think women have privileges over men, you are absolutely deluded, mate, and have some serious research to do.

I almost started typing something similar, then I read this. My take on it is, that the only time women really get an advantage in society is when socially inept boys/men/other women give them the advantage. Otherwise, women are generally at a disadvantage. I'm not trying to imply that women are ,intrinsically, less than men, because they are absolutely not. Society has made it this way. For this to change will take a systematic change in the way people think. Games and other social media serve to amplify this advantage giving dynamic because people can hide behind their "toon" or what have you.

They consume 65+% of all healthcare, while living an average of 10 years longer. They initiate 2/3 of divorces, while receiving custody over 80% of the time. Their sentences are significantly less when they commit the same crimes men commit, and they're far more likely to have them reduced afterwards. They're 50% of the population, while making up only 5-30% of the homeless, less than 10% of those who die in the workplace, and less than 25% of those murdered. They don't get drafted, and they don't die in wars, all while receiving hiring preferences at all major employers. Society literally privileges you in every conceivable way. And I haven't even touched on all the informal benefits you get from white knights just for being female. You want to talk about research, but you provide no arguments whatsoever to back up your claims. Help yourself to some google searches, you frakking deluded idiot.....errr......'mate'.
