When I use the throwing knife I get maybe an 8 out of 10 in terms of accuracy. It's actually very clever in it's construction and once you get a precision hit with it it usually is a one hit ko. I don't think it needs a buff. Every class has a weak spot and if this is ours I don't mind it is something that gets extremely strong with practice.

Yea so in PvE you can't obviously, but that would break the balance of a game. If a knife to the head is supposed to be a one hit kill then a bullet to the head should be one hit kill as well. At that point the game is dead. A throwing knife shouldn't do more damage than a bullet.

It should I'm not saying it shouldn't, but I'm saying if you do that then bullets would be overkill. Think about it. If you throw a knife to someone's head it's nit an automatic death it could be but at most you get a deep cut. If you shot someone in the head they either die or get permanent brain damage. So if you want a throwing knife to be a one hit KO then a bullet should kill them two times over.

Not really. You just line up your crosshairs and throw. Sometimes the opposing player might move unexpectedly but it's the same with the gun only difference is that with a gun you have numerous bullets in the chamber so of you miss one shot it's not as heavily penalized as with a throwing knife. If you want it so that we get more throwing knives to minimize the room for error. That I can understand.

由katsuo编辑: 11/1/2014 10:52:46 PMIn pvp against dregs yea they are. But If you want it to be one hit kills in pve then thats ludicrous. If a bullet to the head is not a one hit kill(if you aren't using a sniper) why would a throwing knife be? If you want realism, then two shots is all we need to kill everyone. One for the shield and one for the head.
