I think I can manage a valid argument as to why it's unfair. What if Assassin's Creed Unity or The Division came out for both consoles and then suddenly Xbox got exclusive missions, cooperative missions, and stuff to customize your character for both games completely free and PlayStation had to wait a full year before they got it? They would be pretty pissed off especially if they've been looking forward to the game for literally over a year and have absolutely loved all of the franchise's previous games. That's what this is like for Xbox owners.

It wasn't advertised they would continue getting exclusives afterwards for DLC's. If it were only all of the stuff that came at launch then I wouldn't make a big deal out of it really at all especially since we're going to get it eventually anyways. However, even knowing about the exclusives, I was convinced Xbox would also get similar treatment and it wouldn't be so big of a thing as to give extra strikes.

The way the DLC was advertised, they made it seem like the whole expansion was going to be timed until late 2015. At least now Xbox is getting pretty much all of it at the same time. Sony gets one more strike which will probably suck like the exclusive Mars one does.
