There's only 5 exotic bounties.
Bad JuJu pulse rifle
Thorn handcannon
Invective shotgun
Super Good Advice LMG
Pocket Infinity fusion rifle
Only 2 of the five I felt cool about were invective and thorn
To answer question, it's random.
I had the same 3 but I just chose a different bounty. Now that I have all 5, I just choose the quickest one to do.

I thought the super good advice bounty was cool, only because of the flavor text though. But there are 6 exotic bounties, the last one is for the fate of all fools scout rifle. I didn't know this when I originally posted, but apparently it is tied in with what might be the next event, the Trials of Osiris. There's a ton of speculation about it so I'm not going to post anymore, but if you want to look it up the internet is a thing that's helpful.
